Valerie's Taco Shop opened its doors March 13 at 1130 N. Central Expressway, Plano. The Mexican restaurant sells a variety of meat and vegetable tacos, including carne asada, grilled shrimp and carnitas. Burritos, quesadillas and sides will also be available.
