Louisiana-based restaurant chain
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers will open its second Plano location in mid-March at 6010 K Ave. The restaurant, which is currently under construction, marks the company’s 39th location in Dallas-Fort Worth and the 107th in Texas.
The new Plano restaurant will employ roughly 65-70 crew members and will begin the hiring process in early January, according to a news release.
“We have been planning to add another restaurant in Plano for sometime, and now that we’ve found the perfect location we can’t wait to open our doors and start serving up our ONE LOVE,” Area Director Luke Overman said in the release. “We’re also looking forward to getting even more involved with the nearby schools and other organizations in Plano.”
Raising Cane’s was founded in 1996 by Todd Graves and was named after his yellow Labrador, Raising Cane. The quick-service restaurant chain is known for its simple menu of fresh chicken fingers and crinkle-cut fries, which are served with secret-recipe Cane’s sauce. For more information, visit
