The high-rise will be located near the intersection of Headquarters Drive and Windrose Avenue, across the street from Liberty Mutual's 19-story office campus. “Part of my vision was always for Legacy West to have a luxury high-rise condominium, and Windrose Tower delivers that," Legacy West developer Fehmi Karahan said in the statement. "Once completed, Windrose Tower will be one of the most iconic structures in North Texas. It is a fabulous addition to Legacy West." Construction is expected to take two years or longer, with a completion date in the fall of 2019, according to the developer.
