Rosewood Property Company, developer of Heritage Creekside, announced Thursday that The Bridge at Heritage Creekside, a 327-unit apartment complex, is now open at the 156-acre mixed-use development north of President George Bush Turnpike between Custer and Alma roads.

Developers also announced the start of construction on 105 single-family town homes within the development. The town homes will be located on the west side of Pittman Creek.

The first phase of Heritage Creekside is under development and spans across 46-acres of land, Rosewood Property Company President Bill Flaherty said in a press release.

“In addition to the opening of The Bridge [at] Heritage Creekside, multi-family [homes] and the start of the single-family homes, the creek restoration project has begun and the bow truss pedestrian [and] bike bridge is currently being manufactured and will be installed by mid-2017,” he said.

When the development is complete, Heritage Creekside will include multi-family apartments, single-family town homes, retail stores and a corporate office campus.
