Plano calls June 8 runoff election, sets early voting schedule for two remaining City Council seats


Two Plano City Council seats are still up for grabs when the city of Plano holds its runoff election June 8. Early voting will begin May 28.

Council Member Ron Kelley advanced to a Place 5 runoff against challenger Shelby Williams. Place 7 candidates Lily Bao and Ann Bacchus will face off in their own runoff.

The other two races up for election this year were settled in early May, when voters chose candidate Maria Tu and incumbent Council Member Rick Grady to join council.
