A variety of items were approved at tonight’s planning and zoning meeting, including preliminary site plans for general offices at Legacy Town Center. Here are three things to take away from the meeting:
Legacy Town Center
Preliminary site plans were approved at tonight’s meeting for general offices to be built on 4 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Ashmill Drive and Bishop Road, just north of the Shops at Legacy.
Medical offices
The commission also approved a preliminary site plan for a medical office located on the north side of Renner Road, just west of Shiloh Road. This medical office will sit on 1.2 acres of land.
A revised concept plan for a medical office located at the southwest corner of Shiloh and Wynview Drive was also approved. This medical office will sit on 12.7 acres of land.
Once the preliminary site plan and concept plan were approved, a conveyance plat was approved for the area, which spans 13.9 acres in total. The conveyance plat serves to subdivide the lot and dedicates easement for future development, according to city documents.
Dai Bi Buddhist Center
A final plat was approved for Dai Bi Buddhist Center, including dedicated easements necessary for the completion of the facility, according to city documents. The religious facility will sit on 6.2 acres of land located on the south side of 14th Street and east of Shiloh.
