The Preston Park Village shopping center at the corner of Park Boulevard and Preston Road is set to continue its redevelopment in 2024, said Maria Pace, a spokesperson for the center, in an email.

The details

The latest additions to the redevelopment include Yogurtland, Snooze A.M. Eatery, Brianna Cannon, Alchemy43, Semper Laser, AAA Texas, Hotworx, Petco and HomeGoods, which all opened last year.

Katy Trail Outpost's expansion is expected to finish in early 2024, while Kohler Signature Store, Cool Heads Salon for Men, Foot Solutions and a relocated Ann Taylor are also set to open.

To minimize disruption for tenants, improvements to the facade will be completed in segments between now and mid-2025. Renovations to the parking field are largely complete.

“We will continue to offer a best-in-class mix of apparel, restaurants and services that meet the needs of the Plano community while increasing occupancy and hosting new-to-market concepts,” Pace said.

What else

Pace added that although the more than 30-year-old center is structurally sound, it was due for a refresh.

"The project involved replacing the landscaping, improving vehicular and pedestrian circulation for heightened safety, enhancing visibility to tenant signage, and adding modern design elements to elevate the overall experience of both tenants and customers,” Pace said.
