Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. is expected to open at Legacy Hall in early fall 2017.[/caption]Unlawful Assembly would be the second full-service brewery in Plano, city of Plano spokesman Steve Stoler said in an email.
"The only full-service brewery we currently have is Gordon Biersch" at The Shops at Legacy, he said.
Unlawful Assembly, which would be located on the second and third floor of the food hall, will be full-functioning and offer tours, Legacy Hall President Pat Garza said in a previous interview with Community Impact Newspaper.
Unlawful Assembly plans to offer a wide range of brews available year-round and a rotating selection on tap, which will include collaborative and seasonal beers, according to the brewery’s Facebook page.
"Every beer we produce is bold in flavor and designed to pair with the diverse flavors found downstairs in Legacy Hall," according to the page.
