Dollar Plus Family Store will open its first location Sept. 16 at 820 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Ste. 308, Plano.

The discount store will sell a variety of products, including household items, kitchen ware, school, party and office supplies with prices as low as $1.

During opening weekend, Sept. 16-17, visitors will be treated to free face painting and balloon animals.
