The Plano Planning and Zoning Commission will have 10 public hearings at tonight's meeting. One of the hearings pertains to multifamily residence, single-family residence and food truck park uses at Legacy Central, located west of US 75 and south of Legacy Drive on the old Texas Instruments campus.
