The start date for an extensive project to repair pavement and sidewalk on Jupiter Road was delayed until January. The project, which will stretch from 14th Street to the northern city limits, will initially affect north- and southbound lanes south of 18th Street. One lane will remain closed at all times in construction areas, with an additional lane closed from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays and some Saturdays.
