Lulu Modern Chinese opened in November in Plano, Business President Sunny Chang said.

Chang said the menu offers a variety of modern, elevated Asian American dishes, presenting contemporary interpretations of traditional Chinese cuisine, including:
  • Handcrafted dim sum
  • Wok-seared entrees
  • Flambéd Peking duck
  • Soup dumplings
Chang said other noteworthy features include their innovative cocktail program and contemporary ambiance.
