The restaurant, which is the third concept by the group that owns Rye and Apothecarey in Lower Greenville, serves cuisine “rooted in the culinary traditions of Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy, Flamant brings bold, seasonal flavors to life over open flame,” a company news release states.
On the menu
The food menu includes scallop crudo featuring scallops, spirulina, lemon, oil, italian liqueur and herbs; wood fired wagyu burger featuring house grind: chuck, cheek, and ribeye, wood fired, brûléed fontina, spanish tomatoes, garlic whip and chive; and crème brûlée cheesecake featuring crème fraîche cheesecake, almond flour and rolled oat crust, red wine caramel and duck fat cookie crumble.
The drink menu includes Octopus' Garden, which is made with cream sherry, bacardi and squid ink mojito with charred octopus garnish and the Salt & Pepperoncini which is a pepperoncini and herbal french liqueur margarita.

“The European live fire cocktail bar and bistro is in the Michelin Guide and James Beard Recognized team’s third concept in the Dallas area,” a news release states. “Compared to its counterparts Apothecary and Rye, Flamant’s menu is a bit more familiar for the typical diner, but with the same commitment to warm hospitality and flavor.”
