Banh Mi Boys is slated to open on Renner Road, in Plano according to Stonewood Investments, Inc. property manager Erin Murray. The new restaurant will be located across from Methodist Richardson Medical Center in October.

The eatery’s menu features sandwiches, fries, rice, noodles, spring rolls, wings and salads.

According to the company website, there are locations in Louisiana, South Carolina and Killeen.
