The setup
Ryan, LLC, a global tax, services and software provider, relocated its global headquarters from the Galleria in Dallas to Ryan Tower Community Impact previously reported.
Ryan, LLC is the anchor tenant, occupying 50% of the tower. Ryan, LLC is not affiliated with Ryan Companies, a company news release states. Wichita-based Koch, which owns a diverse group of companies involved in manufacturing, energy, technology and investments, will occupy approximately 29,000 square feet of the tower.

The 23-story, 409,000-square-foot, multi-tenant office tower features a variety of amenities including:

- bike storage
- greenspace
- onsite shuttle service to transport employees and guests to and from Legacy West
