Independent, full-service global assignment and relocation management company Altair Global recently acquired a 13,960-square-foot expansion for its headquarters in Plano. NAI Robert Lynn represented Altair Global in the property search.[/caption]

NAI Robert Lynn announced earlier this month that Altair Global has completed the move into its expanded headquarters in Plano.

The 13,960 square-foot expansion at 7800 N. Dallas Parkway is located near the Shops at Legacy and close to company's original headquarters building at 7500 N. Dallas Parkway.

Commercial brokerage and consulting firm NAI Robert Lynn has represented companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for 52 years, and represented Altair Global in the expansion. The property search was a 12-month-long endeavor, Public Relations Specialist Laura Puig of C. Pharr & Company said.

Founded in 1989, Altair Global is an independent, full-service global assignment and relocation management company offering a comprehensive selection of global mobility solutions. The company has been headquartered in Plano since 2009.

"There were a lot of moving parts to this transaction including a rapidly changing Legacy market," said Dan Jardine, III, executive vice president of the NAI Robert Lynn Office Division, in a news release. "We looked at several opportunities including new properties, existing buildings and even subleases that fit our client's needs. In the end, the right space ended up being at the recently completed building next door to Altair Global's headquarters. It was the perfect solution for our client's current growth."
