Former McKinney restaurant Bill Smith’s Cafe has re-opened in downtown Van Alstyne, according to staff at the location.

The restaurant closed its east McKinney location in July 2022 after serving the community for 66 years. The cafe’s new location offers an assorted menu including items such as pancakes and waffles, eggs, sandwiches, and more.
