Roll On In, a Tex-Mex Asian fusion eatery, has closed its McKinney location. The restaurant, previously located at 7001 S. Custer Road, Ste. 600, closed its doors on July 30. Owner Carlos Gonzalez said the restaurant was experiencing staffing issues as well as a high rate of online and to-go orders that made the physical restaurant space unjustifiable. The restaurant now operates in a virtual kitchen at the Taste of Towerwood in Farmers Branch. Roll On In’s sushi burritos and bowls are available for order on any food delivery app for delivery in Farmers Branch and surrounding areas as well as for catering, Gonzalez said. 214-892-5257.
