McKinney’s senior population has grown at a rate similar to that of the city’s total population over the last decade. As seen in the charts below, which are based on 2019 population estimates, seniors make up more than 11% of McKinney’s total population. With average U.S. life expectancy, as of 2018, increasing, McKinney’s senior population could continue to grow.
