3. Arepas by PerlaThe restaurant serves arepas, a type of flatbread filled with a protein such as shredded chicken or pulled beef. Arepas by Perla also offers empanadas and lunch plate specials which feature a choice of protein and sides.
4. Broken Yolk CafeThe 4,000-square-foot restaurant, located in the District 121 development, offers a breakfast and brunch menu including omelets, eggs Benedict, breakfast tacos and more.
5. Jetset PilatesThe 2,500-square-foot studio offers 50-minute custom classes focusing on strength training, cardio and conditioning, according to the company's website.
6. PiadaThe restaurant serves customizable bowls, pasta, salads and piadas, a type of wrap. Piada also serves street food such as calamari and meatballs.
7. Redline AthleticsThe business offers fitness training for youth athletes ages 8-18 as well as an introductory athletic program for athletes ages 4-7, according to its website.

The restaurant serves nigiri, hand rolls and sushi rolls as well as sides, soup and noodle dishes on a revolving conveyor belt. A project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates that construction on the restaurant will be completed in February 2025.
13. Santorini Greek GrillThe restaurant closed in January for renovations, which included changing the restaurant from full service to fast casual dining, and reopened April 29. Santorini Greek Grill offers Mediterranean food such as gyros, bowls and more.
