United Water Restoration Group opened a new location in McKinney, a representative of the business said.

The business offers restoration and remediation services for properties affected by water damage, mold, fire and smoke damage, and more. The McKinney location serves Collin County as well as parts of Denton County, franchise owner Craig McCandless said.

“Nobody wants to experience a water, mold or fire mitigation situation, but if you have to go through that, you want that to be a positive experience as much as you can,” McCandless said of the business’s customer service.
