ChaHalo offers Chinese milk, fruit tea in Plano

A new milk tea business founded in China has opened its first Dallas-Fort Worth location in Plano.

What they offer

ChaHalo serves tea that provides a "tri-aroma" experience, according to its website, which gives the customer an initial taste, through-the-throat sensation and a lingering aftertaste. The business offers both milk and fruit tea on its menu. Some of its flavors include roasted oolong milk tea, jasmine lemon green tea and its black milk tea frappe.

The business started in Xi'an, China, in 2016 and opened its first international location in Canada. Its first US location opened in 2025. ChaHalo currently has two locations in Texas, with its Houston location opening in July. Its Plano location is at Legacy Century Crossing, which has had a new retail development planned since November 2025, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
