DCTA to offer some free rail and bus service to veterans and military personnel Nov. 11

Veterans and active military personnel will be offered some Denton County Transportation Authority rail and bus services for free on Nov. 11.

DCTA announced Oct. 21 that on Veterans Day, those who show their military ID, their state-issued ID with veteran or military designation or their military discharge papers will be able to use the following services for free: the A-train commuter rail, the Denton and Lewisville Connect Bus, the Highland Village Connect Shuttle, the Denton Enterprise Airport on-demand service and the Lewisville Lakeway on-demand service.
