Bluebonnet Brunch House

Alt and Muneera Nayani own the eatery, which will offer breakfast and lunch options.

“From classic favorites like pancakes and bacon to omelets and sandwiches, there's something for everyone,” Alt Nayani said in an email.

The beverage menu will feature a full espresso bar, mimosas and specialty cocktails.


Bojangles

Dallas-based Foodcraft Realty One is looking to bring a Bojangles fast food restaurant in Lewisville, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project involves a complete overhaul of the interior and exterior of the 3,175-square-foot building. Foodcraft Realty One, LLC aims to complete the renovation for the Bojangles location by November 2024, according to the project details.

Old Town beer garden


By spring 2025, the former Salvation Army building at the corner of Charles and Main streets in Lewisville will be transformed into a beer garden and food truck eatery in another step toward revitalizing Old Town Lewisville.

The unnamed eatery is the brainchild of John Williams, who developed craft beer-focused bars Eastside, Miss Angeline’s and Oak Street Drafthouse in Denton, according to a city news release.

Dollar Tree

A new Dollar Tree is coming to the Lewisville West Shopping Center, according to filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.


Renovation of the 8,758 square-foot space is scheduled to begin in November with an expected completion date of Feb. 6. Renovations are estimated cost $$442,104, according to the filing. This new location will mark the fourth Dollar Tree storefront in Lewisville.
