Bluebonnet Brunch House has moved back its tentative opening date for its The Realm Castle Hills location from June 1 to July 1.
Alt and Muneera Nayani own the eatery, which will offer breakfast and lunch options.
“From classic favorites like pancakes and bacon to omelets and sandwiches, there's something for everyone,” Alt Nayani said in an email.
The beverage menu will feature a full espresso bar, mimosas and specialty cocktails.
“Whether you're joining us for a leisurely weekend meal or a midweek treat, we're committed to providing delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere,” Alt Nayani said.
The business partners have been involved with Castle Hills and Lewisville for over 25 years, Alt Nayani said they chose this location for their business because of the growth they have observed in the area and strong community support.
