Phase one of Presidium Berkshire, a new, 340-unit luxury apartment community in the Fort Worth Alliance district, is now leasing for fall move-ins at 9632 Berkshire Lake Blvd.

Phase one of the three-phase project is expected to start housing residents in October and be completed by early 2023. The units being offered for lease range from $1,480 for a studio to $2,690 for a three-bedroom apartment per month, according to a news release from Presidium.

Future residents of this development will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a clubroom with gaming tables, a speak-easy style bar, a lounge with private offices and a Wi-Fi cafe, a two-story fitness center with a yoga studio and private garages, according to the release.

Outdoor amenities will include a dog park, a pet grooming station, a car wash, electric vehicle charging stations, a resort-style pool and an outdoor kitchen area with multiple grills, according to the release.

“With North Fort Worth being one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the U.S., our goal with Presidium Berkshire was to take a deep dive into the residents who have relocated here and invest in new and creative ways to build an environment they genuinely want to spend time in,” Presidium President of Development Mark Farrell said in the release.

Presidium Berkshire’s plan calls for a total of 1,100 units over three phases. Phase two of the project is set break ground later this year. 817-761-0507. www.presidiumberkshire.com
