The location was formerly Grub Kitchen & Bar, which opened in 2019. Hopdoddy acquired Grub Burger Bar in 2022, according to a press release.
The first 100 people in line received free burgers during the grand opening celebration on Jan. 17, the company said.
Hopdoddy's menu features a burger of the month as well as premium burgers, such as the Primetime, the El Diabolo and the Magic Shroom. There are also milkshakes, loaded Brussels sprouts, hand-cut fries and local craft beer. The location will have a dog-friendly patio that overlooks Bluestem Park, according to a press release.
“The city of Fort Worth has been asking for more of our unique burgers and shareable fries,” Hopdoddy CEO Jeff Chandler said in a press release. “We’re excited to open a second Hopdoddy location to serve North Fort Worth."
