The number of homes sold in the yearlong period that ended May 31, 2020, declined in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake as well as in Tarrant County as a whole. Median home sale prices increased in Colleyville, Southlake and Tarrant County, while Grapevine saw a small dip.
