The Dallas-Fort Worth area has a wide variety of St. Patrick’s Day events coming up on and before the main day.
Here are some ways to celebrate the Irish holiday this year. This list is not comprehensive.
Kiss Me I’m Irish Express
The Grapevine Vintage Railroad is offering seasonal Texas craft brews at an Irish-inspired event this weekend. Participants will receive two glasses of Texas craft brew, a souvenir cup, individually portioned Irish-style food items and additional brews available for purchase.
St. Paddy’s Day Celebration at Denton County Brewing Company
Head to the Denton County Brewing Company this weekend for live music and raffles throughout the day. The business is now offering its Barrel-Aged Irish Red brew. Locals can also participate in its St. Paddy’s Day Pub Supper and Recovery Pub Run 5K.

Lakeside Village St. Paddy’s Festival
The Tavern at Lakeside is offering live music, drinks and food trucks at a day-long event this weekend. Beverage partners include Anheuser Busch, Trinchero Wines and William Grant Liquor.
Dallas St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival
The annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Dallas is coming up this weekend, starting at Blackwell Street and ending near SMU Boulevard. Attendees can also participate in the St. Paddy’s 5K day dash.

St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at PGA Frisco
The PGA District will have St. Patrick’s Day festivities and specials throughout the weekend. All district outlets will also offer green beer.
McKinney St. Patrick’s Day Beer Walk
Participants can explore 20 different stops throughout downtown McKinney dressed in green to taste craft beers, cider, seltzers and more. There will also be local vendors and photo booth opportunities.
St. Patrick’s Day Block Party
Ringo’s Pub is hosting a block party in Plano with green beer and Irish drink specials and live music. Attendees can also enjoy food trucks, vendor booths and outdoor bars.

Get Your Green On at Toyota Music Factory
Green beer, live music, food and vendors will be available at the Toyota Music Factory this weekend. The event will also have yard games and a beer garden.
Cowtown Goes Green
The Fort Worth Stockyards will have food and drink, armadillo races, lawn games, pony rides, old west gunfight shows and more this weekend. A list of all events and times for each one can be found on the Stockyards website.
St. Paddy’s British Motor Heritage Show
- The British Emporium in Grapevine is hosting a themed car show this weekend. Attendees can also participate in a food drive at the event by offering canned food donations for the GRACE food pantry.
