Mindy McClure and Shannon Braun will compete for the seat. In the original three-person election on May 1, no candidate earned at least 50% of the vote, so the race proceeded to the runoff and the two top vote-getters advanced.
Polls for early voting in Tarrant County will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from May 24-27. On May 28-29, polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. On May 30, polls will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Polls for early voting will be closed May 31, in observance of Memorial Day. June 1 will be the last day of early voting, with polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In Grapevine, voters may cast a ballot at The REC of Grapevine, located at 1175 Municipal Way. In Colleyville, voters may cast a ballot at Colleyville City Hall, located at 100 Main Street.
