The Parkview Residences at Southlake Town Square is approximately 60 percent sold out before building has been completed, according to a Tuesday news release. Out of 36 luxury condominiums, 15 homes remain available.

“This project represents a paradigm shift within the Texas real estate landscape, which has traditionally valued size over convenience,” said Frank Bliss, president of Cooper and Co.—formerly Cooper & Stebbins—in the news release.

Cooper and Co. partnered with the Marquis Group to develop Parkview Residences, according to the development’s website. Cooper and Co. also developed Southlake Town Square, which will be readily accessible to future residents.

Construction will likely take another year before it is completed, said Nancy Holloway, sales director for Parkview Residences.

“We believe this sales success demonstrates the market is ready for new offerings that cater to high-end buyers who want a property that offers distinguished, lock-and-leave convenience; bespoke amenities; and a walkable, urban lifestyle,” Bliss said in the news release.
