1. Gorski Montréal

The retailers specialize in luxury furs, outerwear and sportswear for men and women, along with high-end home goods.

The company website states Gorski provides complimentary basic alterations on most full-price outerwear, including sleeve length and closure adjustments.2. Cavender’s


The business sells cowboy boots, hats and outfits for men, women and children. The store also sells a variety of Western-style accessories, including jewelry, sunglasses, knives, bolo ties and belts, according to the company website.3. Gashapon

Gashapon is a capsule toy brand from Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles that sells its goods through vending machines. Gashapon offers a wide variety of toys such as anime figures, food miniatures, animal replicas, stationeries and accessories. It is $2 for one token.

The only other official store in Texas is in Plano. This location was formerly occupied by Toddler Motors.4. Go! Calendars, Toys & Games

This is the second location inside the mall—the other is in suite 602. The store sells games, puzzles, toys, crafts, collectibles and calendars, according to its website.

5. Primark


Irish-based retailer Primark is bringing an apparel store to Grapevine Mills in 2025.

According to a news release, Primark offers a unique combination of the latest fashion trends and essentials for the whole family, as well as homewares and beauty items at economical prices.


The Grapevine store is one of six new locations coming soon to Texas, according to the website.

6. Below Zero

Below Zero will move to the location that formerly housed Perfect Bodies Colombian Fajas, which was a shapewear store. A coming soon sign and the store name is now posted on the windows.

The website states the store offers a full-service beauty bar, infrared saunas and red light therapy with exclusive membership options.

7. Marc Robinson Jewelers

The jeweler was established in 1981 and specializes in wedding bands, wedding rings, loose diamonds and luxury timepieces, according to the business’s website. It will take over the space previously held by Treasures Custom Jeweler next to Meow Wolf.

8. Perfumania

The perfume store is moving to the suite near Meow Wolf was previously occupied by Pepper Palace. Perfumania was previously located in Suite 515.

9. Burlington


According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a $1 million renovation will start Feb. 3 and be completed on July 3. The filing states the project will include interior improvements, updated fitting rooms and new checkout areas.

The department store, formerly known as Burlington Coat Factory, offers apparel and accessories for women, men and children, as well as beauty items, footwear and home decor, according to the company's website.Closed

10. Pepper Tree


Pepper Tree men's design wear closed Oct. 19 in the Grapevine Mills Mall due to $19k in back rent, according to a sign on the window.

The retail store sold clothes in brands such as Affliction, Rock Revival Jeans, Tanner Mark boots, True Religion, Psycho Bunny and Lacoste other styles, according to the company's Facebook page.Editor's note: The story was updated to list the suite number for Gorski.
