2. Denton Arts and Jazz Festival
Denton’s weekend-long Arts and Jazz Festival features five outdoor stages and multiple live music performances across five stages, including a University of North Texas showcase stage. The event will also feature food and art vendors and family friendly activities.

3. Guns N’ Hoses Boxing Tournament in Allen
Watch North Texas police officers and firefighters step into the ring at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center for an action-packed night of friendly rivalries in support of the Guns & Hoses Foundation of North Texas.

4. Italian Car Fest in Grapevine
For the 22nd straight year, the Italian Car Fest returns to Grapevine’s Nash Farm featuring more than 90 modern and classic cars. The annual event represents the largest showing of premier automobiles in the southwest.
5. Dak Prescott Lookalike Contest in Plano
Show up in the best Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott-inspired outfit to compete in the Dak Prescott Lookalike Contest at Legacy Hall. After the contest, guests are invited to stay and watch the Dallas Cowboys season opener against the New York Giants.
