Tommy Bahama will open a store in Southlake Town Square this fall.

The retailer is known for its island-inspired designs and offers both men’s and women’s clothing and beach gear. It is moving into the location that formerly housed Soft Surroundings. Coming soon signs have been placed on the window.

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the 4,425-square-foot building is undergoing renovations with an estimated cost of $524,100.
