The Knockouts hair salon at 2140 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. U, Southlake, has permanently closed.
After shuttering its doors in March at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Knockouts management decided not to reopen the Southlake location.
The Keller and Hurst locations are still open.
