July 3: See fireworks at Southlake Stars & Stripes

There will be plenty of patriotic events at Southlake Town Square on July 3. From a U.S. Air Force band performance at the Rustin Pavilion Stage to a set from The Inspiration Band at Frank Edgar Cornish, IV Park, each location offers various performances. There will also be food vendors and a kids corner with games. Events begin at 3 p.m., and the fireworks show takes place at 9:30 p.m. Free (admission). A free shuttle service is available from White's Chapel Church, 185 S. White Chapel Blvd., and Gateway Church-Southlake Campus, 700 Blessed Way. The shuttles run from 2 p.m. to midnight. July 4: Attend Grapevine’s Fireworks Extravaganza

Grapevine’s 40th annual July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza features a fireworks show set to patriotic music that can be viewed from several spots along Grapevine Lake. Attendees can stream the show via the Soundcloud app or on the city of Grapevine’s website. Oak Grove Park, Meadowmere Park, Scott’s Landing Marina and Lakeview Park are among several locations that will be open with viewing options. Parking is limited, so arriving early is recommended.
