Design is underway for a planned pedestrian plaza on Fourth Street in downtown Frisco. The plaza, to be located between Main and Elm streets, is part of a downtown master plan that includes new development and road improvements. During construction, the Fourth Street plaza would be closed off to traffic to allow for pedestrian access to shops and urban living.
