The number of homes listed for sale decreased in Frisco in November as compared to the same period in 2019.
The city's 192 new listings in November were a 25.29% decrease from the amount last year. New listings in Frisco also numbered fewer than the 231 new listings in Plano and the 242 new listings in McKinney, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.

Despite new listings generally decreasing, the number of homes under contract in Frisco increased in two of the city's ZIP codes.


The median sales price of homes that were sold saw increases among all of Frisco's primary ZIP codes. ZIP code 75033 saw the largest step up, as the median sales price rose by nearly $106,000 compared to last year.


The percentage of asking price received for homes sold saw a modest increase in each of Frisco's primary ZIP codes as compared to the same period in 2019.
