The number of homes listed for sale decreased in Frisco in July when compared to the same period in 2019.
The city's 445 new listings in July were a 7.48% decrease from the amount last year. Frisco's new listings were more than the 427 new listings in Plano and behind the 494 new listings in McKinney, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.
Despite new listings generally decreasing, the number of homes under contract in Frisco increased in two of its ZIP codes.
The median sales price of homes that were sold saw slight increases among most of Frisco's primary ZIP codes. ZIP code 75036, however, decreased by more than 16%.
The percentage of asking price received for homes sold saw a modest increase in all four ZIP codes when compared to the same period in 2019.
