Early voting will open May 24 for the June 5 runoff election for Frisco City Council Place 3.

Angelia Pelham and Jennifer White will compete to fill the seat. No candidate among the original four earned over 50% of votes in the May 1 election, so the pair with the two most votes advanced to a runoff.

Denton County voters may vote at any polling location in the county during early voting but must vote in their precinct on election day.
