Frisco’s Planning and Zoning commission approved a conveyance plat Nov. 21 for The Link mixed-use development located at the southeast corner of Legacy Drive and PGA Parkway.
The plat creates five lots from five tracts on nearly 140 acres of land and dedicates necessary easements for development. The plat conforms with a preliminary site plan approved by the commission on Oct. 11, which included 359 urban units on about six acres, according to a staff report.
In 2021, Frisco City Council voted to rezone nearly 240 acres of land for The Link. The planned development could allow for up to 2,206 multifamily units and up to 500 single-family homes and cottages.
Once fully built out, The Link will include a mix of office space, retail space, residential space and entertainment space, according to Stillwater Capital’s website.
