Development update: Mural in the works at The Patios at the Rail in Frisco

A 40-foot mural by artist Patrick Ganino is in the works at the upcoming The Patios at the Rail development.

The top half of the mural will feature a 3D heart balloon with the Frisco water tower inside, Nack Development President Donny Churchman said.


The bottom part will pay homage to the old Double Dip that was once on the property and will feature icons, such as Muhammad Ali, Marilyn Monroe, Bruce Lee and more, Churchman said.

The Patios development will bring rooftop patios, retail and restaurants to Main Street.
