The new development is currently under construction at the Championship Drive and PGA Parkway intersection, which is adjacent to the PGA of America Frisco Headquarters, the Omni PGA Frisco resort and other north Frisco developments, according to a statement in the release.
“We are thrilled to break ground on our new banking center location at PGA Frisco,” said Malcolm Holland, chief executive officer of Veritex Community Bank, in the release. “As the golf bank of Texas, it’s fitting for us to open a location here.”
The bank is one part of an overall multitenant office facility spanning 40,000 square feet. Aside from the branch location, the facility will feature:
- Boardroom space
- Training rooms
- Advanced golf simulator
- Two putting areas
- Patio overlooking the PGA golf course
Veritex Community Bank will occupy the first floor of the facility. The remaining space will be leased by Cawley Partners, according to the release.
The development is expected to finish construction in January 2026, according to documents filed with the state.
“This location represents our commitment to serving the Frisco community and providing exceptional banking experiences,” Holland said. “We look forward to being a part of this area and supporting its growth.”
