KidZania is scheduled to hold its grand opening at 10 a.m. Nov. 23. Children are already testing out careers as surgeons, firefighters and other professions at the interactive city. Children can earn play money from their “jobs” and spend the income within KidZania shops. The 85,000-square-foot facility inside Stonebriar Centre is the first location in the U.S. The company plans to open 18 more locations in the U.S. and Canada over the next decade. Tickets for KidZania will be available online before the grand opening.
