Incumbents defeat challengers in elections for Collin College seats

Unofficial election results on May 1 show the incumbent candidates defeated their challengers in the races for Collin College board of trustees seats.


For Place 7, incumbent Jim Orr defeated Helen Chang with 53.9% of the vote. For Place 8, incumbent Bob Collins defeated Misty Irby with 52.7% of the votes. For Place 9, Andy Hardin defeated Jacoby Stewart Sr. with 64.1% of votes.
