Unofficial election results on May 1 show Jennifer White, with 36.9% of votes, and Angelia Pelham, with 27.3% of votes, will face each other in a runoff election. As the top two vote-getters for this race in the May 1 general election, the two candidates will face each other on June 5 after defeating two other candidates in the Frisco City Council Place 3 race.


Incumbent Will Sowell reached term limits and was not able to seek another term. The four candidates who sought his seat were White, Pelham, Sai Krishna and Karen Cunningham.
