The deadline to submit is July 31, according to a city newsletter.
People may share photos from the past 60 years and email them to [email protected] with their name, when the photo was taken and details about the picture.
Residents who submit their names will be put in a drawing to win an official Highland Village anniversary tumbler, officials said.
