Harold Dean Smoked Goods is now open, located at 5801 Long Prairie Road, Ste. 870, Flower Mound. The restaurant dishes out Texas-style barbecue, including ribs, sausage, pork and brisket during its lunch hours.
In the evenings, it will be a full-service high-end restaurant, Aaron Kramer said. It will serve locally sourced meat, including steaks, lamb, chicken and pork.
Now an actual brick-and-mortar location, the Kramers previously ran Harold Dean Smoked Goods out of a food trailer at local markets, community events, neighborhood block parties, weddings, corporate events, and church and school gatherings as well as for family dinners around the greater North Texas area.
