New office space has opened in Flower Mound for tenants seeking to open retail and other types of businesses.

Construction finished a couple of months ago on 3040 Pavilion, a building for medical/professional offices, retail and restaurant use, said Srinivas Chaluvadi, whose family-owned JSP Pavilion LLC oversees the property.

Merchants can move-in immediately after obtaining certificate of occupancy from the town, Chaluvadi said.
