A number of new businesses and residential communities opened in 2018 at Heritage Creekside, one of Plano’s largest ongoing mixed-use developments. The property located northwest of where Alma Road meets President George Bush Turnpike welcomed Rodeo Goat burger restaurant and Flying Fish seafood joint last year.
The latest
Crews have begun the process of constructing the road infrastructure linking Heritage Creekside’s eastern residential and retail areas with its planned western employment center. Bill Flaherty, CEO of Rosewood Property Co., said a mix of roughly 400 new residential units will undergo construction this year, as well as several connections to nearby Plano Parkway. A planned office tower project could begin this year but depends on preleasing, he said.
